best way is DONT... a heathy tan is the first sign of skin cancer HA! Its all UV radiation poisioning.. sun or booth.. (UVA UVB.. ) makes no real diff... If you natural tan yer doing skin dammage... no way around it

spray tans can look pretty good as long as you exfoliate well beforehand. they're expensive but not as much as skin cancer treatment.
