That means minimun of two years. So put a big red circle around the date 3-01-09 as the day you leave. Hey wait a minute, what are you doing on a computer while in prison?

2-4 years, means, 3-1-09 minimum.

Well that is considering the fact that the offense is one in which they would allow the prisoner to be released on good behavior. It also depends on the correctional facility and their personal policies. But I wouldn't count on much earlier than 09, maybe just a few months earlier than March.
