I'm going to go see my ex today and see if I can maybe work things out between us. But I'm so nervous have no idea where to even start. Any advice on what I should tell her? Keep in mind that she broke up with me and based on what she's told me she doesn't want to get back together but won't tell me why.

Just like a doctor cannot prescribe a medication for a patient if he doesn't know if it is viral, or bacterial. You cannot work out things with your ex if you don't know why she broke up with you.
So in order to try and patch things up you MUST KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS IN THE FIRST PLACE. Try to get her to tell you. That is the only thing I can suggest. You cant fix a sinking boat if you don't know where the hole is.
It is may be that she is embarrassed to tell you. You have to figure out the best way to get her to tell you the problem.
