you should always keep your eggs at 40 degrees or lower...i learned that from some cooking classes..it always seems to come up.

I don't know but we have chickens and sell eggs and all that good stuff and we never keep our eggs in the fridge. Y take up more room in your fridge when you can just keep them out.? that's the way i look at. but it's your choice

Most fridges have an egg tray so yes it is better to keep them in the fridge

YES-for eggs are perishable!!! Some farm fresh places will sell eggs fresh from the hen, but it is recommened that eggs be refrig. w/in 24 hours of the chicken laying them
However you can keep raw eggs that have been beaten in the freezer, along w/ whites and yolks seperated. (in the shell don't freeze)
You can let eggs sit out to come to room temp before using (for pastries and such) but don't re-fridgerate room temp eggs, and make sure you use w/ in 2 hours or so.

yes, becuse not being in the frige, at room temepture it can cause bacteria in the eggs and can make you sick. so go the safe route and put them in the fridge.
