To become an anesthesiologist, you must graduate medical school, then complete an anesthesiology residency (I've attached the ACGME requirements for residency programs in anesthesiology). Currently, this is a total of four years of post-graduate training after medical school.

You must be able to pass USMLE. You should have trained in your country for residency in Anesthesiology so you will have an idea what to do, that is if you are a General practicioner in your country.

Why in the United States why not your own country?? Stay there we got enough foreign docs already.....too many in my opinion
