Well 4 days ago i started my diet and it consist waking up in the morning and drink a doze phillips milk of magnesia then excersizing, then at 12 a cup of noodle soup, and then another doze of the laxative. then i dont eat anything else through out the whole day. I go to sleep very early so that i dont get the urge to eat at night! i want to loose weight fast. what do you think? do you think am going to loose alot of weight! I dont care if its not healthy. I am obsesed and i have to loose pounds. I want to know how many pounds i could loose a week if i continue this strict diet.

im on a "do hecka exercise" thing
but SOME PEOPLE are born slim cause a thingy im tryin 2 figure out

Who knows you will probably dehydrate yourself and end up in the hospital. Why not eat a banana and and a some yogurt for breakfast instead of milk of magnesia? And for lunch a salad with grilled chicken and vinegar! Then for supper drink a slimfast optima. That is like 700 calories. But your a getting more nutrition than what you are doing. You are going to make yourself sick, and if you keep taking laxatives you will have to take more and more in order to go. You body become immune to them. What are you pooping out if you don't even eat. Try this diet if you have to eat nothing might as well have some nutrition in it. You need some helpl.

You will not loose any weight on this "diet". Your body has an internal sensor that cannot be altered. It is programmed to do certain things. For example, if you are taking in too many calories and not expending enough energy then your body is programmed to convert that excess food into fat cells. On the other hand, if you are not taking in enough calories your body is programmed to slow your metabolism and to hold on to every single piece of nutrition available, which translates to your body holding on to fat cells.

Your body thinks that you are starving to death. Since muscle is the most valuable nutritional resource, your system will actually begin to break down and desintegrate your muscles to use as a food source. You will loose your muscle tone, keep all your fat, and loose your strength.

Well this diet your not only going to loose weight but your going to get really sick. Because the cup of noodles soup is not healthy period it only get's you fat. and your probrably going to loose weight in the beginning and when you notice that your actually loosing weight your going to feel dizzy and so weak that your going to try to eat but your not going to be able to eat anymore just by looking at the food your going to feel full. but it's on you....

if you want to have the same lifestyle as Karen Carpenter then go right ahead. In case you dont know who she is. she died of anorexia. otherwise if you really want to lose weight you have to eat healthy. remember the choices you make could ultimately shut your kidneys down, heart failure and so on and you also become unattractive. Talk to your doctor and love yourself not what other people may want you to look like. remember a fast weight loss truly is a slow one

This is just crazy. Your going to cause more harm the good here most likely.

Almost all diets fail due to lack of dedication and over expecation of results. It took years to add that weight to your body, and it's going to take nearly as much time to take it off. There is no quick fix here.

Do it smart, not this way. You will thank yourself later.

alot till your body goes in to famine mode and slows it's metabolism or till you end up in the hospital or have little strength and are tired all the time
