A major one, at least as a man, was that He always taught by example.
As the 2nd Divine person of the Holy Trinity He has to be characterized as God the Son and our Saviour.

Jesus is perfect. When He walked on the Earth, He was (and is) generous, kind, loving, patient, peaceful, comforting, honest, sincere, humble, etc.
Your paper could end up being over 2000 pages long. Look in the Bible for all of His characteristics. He is powerful and wonderful and if you want technical info, get it from there. But if you want to personalize your paper, speak from experience because you know all that He has done for you, so use the characteristics that He's shown you.

He was fair. Unbelievably loving. patient. understanding. His being understanding was the most important to me. Being understanding of why people do some of the things they do, and giving them another chance after they have done wrong. Who has not done wrong? To be told you can have the slate wiped clean and start over, that no matter what you have done in the past, you are loved and can start new again. I am not christian, but i love what Jesus taught. He taught such beautiful things.

I don't know why christians even read the Old testament- it is no longer valid since christ came and showed the way.
