I am indeed a" Country Girl". Although I was born in a city my parents moved to the country when I was 4 years old. I've spent my entire life surrounded by trees and a quiet life. I can drive to the city or other activities if I choose, and when I do, I'm always so happy to be home where it's quiet, and traffic is light..Stores are only a few miles away and I do have neighbors scattered here and there. My property is smack dab in the middle of a State forest reserve where no one can ever build. I love being close to nature and the stars at night are quite beautiful. In the spring I can hear the stream that's located over the back of my stone wall, making loud sounds that always remind me that spring is back again! I love the simple things of life and the traditions that come with country living. It was a good life for my children as they grew up. I am, and always will be in my heart, a "Country Girl".....
