I wouldn't call it "healthy", but if you're dying for chocolate, you can try those 100 calorie packs that hershey's makes. They make one that's just like a Kit Kat.

I'm on Weight Watchers, and I do the points thing, and that's only 2 points. I've also found that you can also have 10 maraschino cherries for only 100 calories with no fat.

And of course, there's always good fruits and veggies. If you need something that travels to work, a baggie of grapes or a can of pineapple chunks (in its own juice, not syrup) are great.

Fruits and veggies are a good health alternative.. you can try those quaker snacks.. those are pretty low cal.. if you have a sweet tooth, eating sweet fruits can help..

rice cakes w/peanut butter, fruit, sandees cookies, oh eat about three dates that will take care of the sweet thing dont eat to many , they might give you the runs.

diet Yogurt( small tub),fruit salad,1cup air- popped popcorn,20g mixed nuts,fun size chocolate bar,rice crackers,fresh corn cob.

i really like carrots... they are good for you and they have a nice natural sweetness. dont dip them in anything! hehe
grapes are good and sweet too.
