I have had the same problem.
I found apts. that have private yards around 17th Ave and Glendale.
16th St and going east between Northern & Glendale.
49th Pl & Holly.
These areas are a bit rough.
I have a couple ph #’s for Property Managers that may have rentals available that accept Pitts.

Corporate owned Apt will not rent to you, even the ones that accept pets.
I am in the process of renting a house with friends instead of an apartment. There are people who will rent you their house with Pitts if their yard is rough.
