i have mentioned before that i am 22 years old, 4'11", &i weigh around 97lbs. (im full japanese if that helps) i have been stretching everynight (but u cant call what i do an 'exercise')SO! i've been thinking about taking yoga &taebo classes. im not fat, im considered skinny BUT i have flabs. so to get rid of my flabs..what kind of work out should i do? i heard "heat/hot yoga" is really good to get fit..but i need you guys' opinion! thank you soo much!

ps.if u know what hipbox is..please let me know!

If you are "healthy" I think you should do some aerobic exercise (treadmill, bike, etc.) at a moderate intensity. If you could measure your Heart rate during the training it should be approx 130 - 140 beats per minute; and it should last 25 min at least; 3 times a week. That way you´ll be burning mostly fat. You could also try pilates, it gives you a nice figure and strengthens your abs.
