Has anyone ever had a dealing with the Penn Warranty company? If so what was the outcome? My vehicle has been in the garage for over 1 week and Penn Warranty still has not inspected or authorized repair. I am at the point of civil action for breech of contract and contacting the NY Attorney General with a fraud report.

I am not real familiar with Penn Warranty, but in searching the Internet, it appears to be a legitimate warranty provider.

You may be up against a contractual requirement that you provide a maintenance history for the vehicle. If this is the case, produce one and submit it. VERY IMPORTANT - Read the contract and make sure your history exceeds the minimums required by the contract. Use the best information from your memory and try to back it up with receipts and related documents.

Learn the phrase "That's my story and I'm sticking to it..." and don't waiver. Once you give them the required maintenance history, they haven't a chance of proving your history isn't right.

Good luck. Please feel free to eMail me if you want more advice.
