Girl what you need is a good lawyer to help you get the protection order....keep records of every threat , every attack...take pictures....note any witnesses and file a report with the police EVERYTIME!!! But before you do any of that buy yourself a pretty little .380 pistol....load it with hollow points if they are legal in your area.....practice at the nearest shooting range and learn how to be dead on accurate...and shoot that bastard if he makes you afraid for you or your babies safety again....but shoot to kill.......if he lives, it's your word against his....

Go to the police! They will give you an order of protection. Then go to someones house where he would not think to look. Or ask the police about battered women's shelters. They can also give you advice and help you. They will have to pick him up. I hate to say this, but even with an order of protection he can still get to you. Try to keep someone with you. Try to park as close as possible when going in somewhere. Keep your doors locked. I am so sorry. I know how you feel.Stay safe.

You have two choices, one is the call the cops he next time he hurts you, he will get arrested and the cops will give you all the information you need and will help you get a protection order. You could also go to your local courthouse and to the clerk of courts office, tell them you want a protection/restraining order, they will give you some paperwork to fill out and then it will go in front of a judge right away. The judge will decide within 24 hours to grant a temporary order or not. If he grants a temporary order, it will be in effect until you go to court for a permanent order.

I would probably seek help from a battered women's shelter. The police can issue a restraining order (contact your local District Attorney's office) - but that doesn't mean you'll get police surveillance. Alternatively, you could go live with a friend/relative in a remote location.

Don't screw around with this joker, if you can videotape/audiotape any infractions, take it to your local police.

First and foremost you need to call the cops and press charges they will then tell you what actions to go from there to get a restraining order but your right you need to protect yourself and the baby CALL THE COPS every time he shows up you don't have to go through with him treating you like that

You need to go to your local courthouse and ask a clerk about filing for a restraining order. I would also ask about custody papers for your baby once he/she is born. I don't think you can file before the birth, but it would be a good idea to have the papers on you already so once it happens you just fill them out and take the proper steps for custody.

Good luck.

the first thing you do is go to the cops and make sure that they have everything that he has been doing to you on file. then you can go to the court and request and protection order. actually just going and talking to the cops would be your best bet. they know all the steps you need to take.

Go the Domestic Violence center in your area, or there isn't any, go to your legal aid center or the courthouse.Since you are in a threatening situation you can call the police and they can get you immediate help getting a PFA. Put him in jail right now

Discover how to get your ex back with simple text message: http://getyourexback.checkhere.info

Many girls break up with their significant others, is because they need time to figure things out. Don't take it personally, if you want her back, you have to show her you can help her. If you love her then you'll let her go, that's it. Not everybody who you date in high school you end up staying with, the chances are extremely unlikely. So if she doesn't want to, then you need to let her go.
