automatic updates for XP?

i just reformatted my hard drive instead of going to the microsoft website and downloading a little bit of updates at a time is there any way i can get an all in one shot somewhere? please link it

First make sure you are on the latest Service Pack (SP2) which includes about 4 years of updates. Once you're at SP2, then there should only be about 30-40 updates - course you may have more than that for hardware and if you count optional updates.
