I have voice.yahoo.com calling in/out! and yahoo always has good deal on calling India! its not banned or hard to call at all, like skype, the Indian gov't. sometimes banes skype just like China and Korea!!

Alas -- my first smart-assed answer...
No -- all of the satellite and trans-oceanic connections between those countries are completely saturated in the other direction -- U.S. customers with problems calling for tech support.
