This was given to me and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is. It is 4 1/2 inches long, has a wrist strap, a red button on back, which I can't get to do anything and it appears to have some sort of black metal container on the inside. It also has a belt clip. The only markings on it is the name Remington, no numbers or anything else.

There seems to be some sort of spring mechanism on the side panels, that if the red button worked, they would probably release and open.

Hmm... I recieved an "electronic bug repeller" for Christmas a few years ago. It ran on batteries and was suppose to repel insects. Tried it once while mowing with the tractor. Threw it in the junk drawer...it's been there ever since.

Ummm...is it a flashlight? Maybe it opens up into one if the red button worked. I dont know. Looks relly weird to me.

perhaps to hold BB'S FOR AN AIR RIFLE? Remington is a gun manufacturer.
