OK, I must admit I am a BO0B Man! She is currently a 34 C, but I feel that a 38E would be much more fitting for her over frame and size...I am in a real dilemma here.....what should I do?

You are a moron. You are the reason that women hate their bodies. They never feel good enough because of idiots like you who don't let them. Looks like you found a girl who actually feels confident in her body, and you want to go and screw that up? She is fine with her body, that's all that matters. Fool. I think you need to love her the way she is....
First of all, coming from a female with a fairly big chest, breasts are heavy and they cause back pain and they cause your shoulders to round at the front and therefore cause you bad posture.
Let me ask you, what's more attractive in your eyes: (hypothetical situation)
A beautiful woman you have now who has an ample chest or a hunchback with an enormous (and in my eyes, unattractive) chest?
Now if I know you as a typical guy you're thinkin neither, I want my girlfriend the way she is but with an enormous rack so I'm happy and I don't care about her cause it's all about me.....
Perhaps you should strap on some extra weights and wear them around the house and work out with them and so forth and see how you're back feels after a week and then you can say if she should get them...not only that, if you want her to get them, I hope you'd be the one paying for them (and if I'm not mistaken, the cheapest is about 5 grand)....
Personally, I think you should accept your girl the way she is and not try to change her. Most girls don't like to be treated as sex objects and would rather have you focus on their eyes... as in in their head not the ones you seem to focus on (AKA: headlights, ta-ta's, etc).... We, as women, have beauty that a lot of guys take for granted.
As my final note perhaps you should think about this: You want her to get big breasts via implants.... you want her to undergo potentially dangerous surgery for your own amusement.... I hear you there... b/c it's not you so it don't matter, it's somebody else bein put to sleep and under the knife and you get to enjoy the after effects. For starters, I believe you have 6 weeks where you have to be very careful touching them and moving them around or you could re-open the scar(s)... I know technology has changed.. blah blah blah... I saw a show once on how they do it and it's not that pretty.....
Perhaps if she does this for you you should think about going under the knife and making your penis larger for her pleasure! Hmmm now there's a thought: open your body up, your pride and joy...have a knife slide along it and make you feel the effects of surgery on a place that's dear to you that you don't want to change to please somebody else.... I know, they can't do it but imagine if they could... Then perhaps to please her you'd get your penis enlarged no questions asked cause then it wouldn't be her goin in for the surgery...it'd be you!
But hey, it's just my opinion on that...

After you get her a penile implant then maybe she'll get you the boob job you want her to get. This is major surgery and there are tons of complications. Are you really that shallow that you'd risk her health. Many of those are botched up and the women look hideous afterwards, so you could get more than you bargained for. I think 34 C is fine, it is up to her, NOT YOU> Accept her as she is.

Why are you trying to force her to have surgery done when she doesn't want it? Did you know that larger boobs can seriously injure a womans back? Getting implants that much larger depending on her height, weight and posture habits could harm her severly. Leave her as she is, don't try to change her just because you are a boob man. As long as SHE is happy with herself you should be too.

If she doesn't want a breast implant you should respect her wishes, and if you are not man enough to love her the way she is, she deserves better. If you were my man and asked me to get implants I would have kicked your a** out the door.

Your question is kinda rude! BUT... coming from a girl, Even though you like that specific feature on women, I think that you should like her for who she is, and not her boob size. If your with her cause you think she's hot and has nice boobs, then your with her for the wrong reasons. Thats lusting. If you really like this girl, then her boob size won't matter to you. You'd think she's perfect no matter what physical flaws she has. If you really like her you wouldn't want to change her for the world!
