1. use a notebook and jot any ideas/thoughts down that you need to remember. refer to this book frequently until you've completed your tasks.
2. study in places like the reference section in the library or your own room. make sure the tv is off, no music is playing, and the place is well lit.
3. ensure that you get sufficient rest and give yourself a timed reward system. if you finish the rough draft of your 500-word composition in 1 hour, you get to make yourself a cold/warm drink and a 5minute toilet break. or if you finish your homework within 2 hours, you can watch your favorite show. always do the work first before rewarding yourself. (no going out until work is done is also a good one)
4. put your completed work in the correct study books. everyday pack your bag the night before so that you need not rush.
5. listen to your teacher and ask questions when you don't understand. talk to someone who will listen if you don't understand.

there are many more tips i could give, but your DETERMINATION to fulfill it is the only thing that can give you the grades you want :) be determined to work harder, k?
