No, but you can influence the voters in that area. I'm not sure why you would want to, but if you have some sort of interest there, like you work there or you have friends that live there, or intend on moving there in the future, etc., then certainly you can influence those that you know by telling them your opinions of the people running. When I lived in another state for a while, and was passionate about an election going on in my home state, I called family and friends and asked whether they had already chosen their candidate. If they said that they had not, then I told them what I thought about each candidate and who my preference was. This influenced several people to not only vote the way that I would have voted, but even encouraged several that weren't even going to vote originally to go and vote.

It is possible, probably not legal. It is contingent upon your residency status. Example: I live in Louisville,Ky. where I work, however, my legal residence is Jacksonville,FL, where I am registered to vote, own a house, and have Florida driver's license. Although, I do not reside in Jacksonville, I can go there to vote for the mayor.

Not legal, guess it could be possible, the Illegals in US, voted in Mexico President Election, they lived outside of Mexico. That sure seems very Illegal. Do you really want to bring yourself down that low.

No. There are residency requirements and you must have registered to vote within a certain timeframe. There are some exceptions for those in the military stationed esewhere, but they still have to have been a prior resident.

Nope. That's why we have voter registration laws. They make it impossible for people to do what's knows as "stuffing the ballot box." Registration laws also make it impossible for someone to vote more than once in the same district.
