Veamos. Pinche and Mallete are Mexicanisms. In fact, Spanish spaekers from other Latin American countries and Spain may never heard these words before. Pinche is included in the Dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy, tough.

Mallete I don't know, but maleta is suitcase.
Pinche is pretty vulgar; it is considered offensive, like the f-word in English. But, like the f-word, the degree of offensiveness depends on the context.
