No.

Peristalsis is going on, which is the rhythmic squeezing of the gut, which pushes food through it in waves. The stomach is full of acid (HCl, ph = 2.0!) that breaks down proteins, mainly, and mixes the chewed food w/ digestive juices and enzumes to be passed along for further digestin (breakdown) and absorption (into the bloodstream).

No. It gets broken down by the acids and bacteria in your stomach, and then processed - the nutrition your body needs gets drawn into your blood stream and to your organs and so on. The rest get's processed as waste. You can eat food that has rotted first, and then get sick from it. But No. Food does not rot in your stomach.

No. When food is ingested, it is quickly subjected to the acid produced by the stomach which would break it down before it had time to rot.

Not exactly because the enzymes and acid in your stomach digest it by braking it apart into simpler particle such as glucose, carbohydrates and starches.

food won't go bad in your stomach if you are alive because digestion keeps it moving at lets it out. If you are dead after eating something like that, it might go bad because your digestive and other systems aren't working.
