Everyone at one time or another fantasizes about the oposite sex. Do you mean while with someone in bed or when? I see no harm in it, just don't call them by the wrong name, lol.

It is certainly okay. Everyone fantasies about the opposide gender. Just don't do anything with our fantasy. And tell our boy/girl friend that you would never hurt them.

you shouldn't ask 'is it okay'...who determines what is right or wrong anyway? many people have fantasies about other people, same or opposite sex, and you should only be ashamed of it if it poses a problem for you.
if you are male and you are, like, married or something and that's why you're asking, then my response would be 'does your wife know? is it a problem for her?'
