if ordinary citizens detained illegals and put them up in a fence and kept them till ice finally arrived we could solve the boarder problim we would have to document the call to ice and boarder patrol and what time they arrived to take possession.
we have a right as americans to form a militia and protect our boarders. that would be where the weapons come in to deal with armed criminals and drug dealers and i bet a few of us would like some payback with drug trafficers! what is your opinion

Why do people keep comparing ILLEGAL immigrants with the LEGAL immigrants?
You know why? To muddy the water! To make it appear as if they are the same.
I am from a family of immigrants LEGAL ONES!!!
Why should the criminals that invade our country every day get the same rights as the law abiding ones.
ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT means they BROKE THE LAW!!!

this has gotten out of control! everyone is soooo concerned about taking back our country , when this country is ours to begin with. these people are only coming here for the same reasons our ancestors came here from other countries.....to make a better life for there families. how would you feel if you tried and spent all the money you had earned to get your visa to come here and were denied? how would you feel if the only way to survive is to leave your homeland and come to a country risking everything only to be shot down at the border? it is so easy to sit back and complain about illegal immigrants and not doing any thing positive to help. all i ever hear is just the negative. we are so concerned about illegals while our country is sending more of our guys overseas to fight a war. and as far as taking our jobs, honestly , would you want to bus tables at a restaurant or work outside on a nasty day doing landscape?maybe i am passionate about this because i am married to an illegal and years ago i was right there with you but given the opportunity and maturity to grow up and look at things more clearly i now see the flip side of this. we catergorize everyone, if you are from the middle east ,you are a terrorist, if you are african american you are a gang banger, if you are hispanic, you are a drug dealer.......why all these catergories? who's being racist ? is this fair? and now take the law into our own hands and form a militia.....that's b.s. when the tragedy of september 11 affected our country, people of every race, religion, origin, and age were out hand in hand for peace ....remember united we stand.....where are all those people now? i think everyone should refocus on what the battle is before creating more problems than solutions. besides, isn't the united states called the "melting pot"? we all have ancestors that came from different countries. that's what make our country so diverse , our country is tapestry of different cultures, languages and nationalties united as one country! my husband maybe illegal but he obeys every law, pays taxes, majority of his income is spent here and he looks forward to the day he is accepted as an amercian citzen. he went through hell to get here and he doesn't take anything here for granted. he never looked for a hand out , always worked and still working extremely hard 2 jobs to have the kind of life he deserves. these jobs are not glamourous jobs, these are jobs, honestly you and i wouldn't want to do. my husband and i are expecting our first child and it is my fear that my child won't be accepted and treated like **** like how their dad is because they are a child of an illegal immigrant. right now we are in process of getting his residency and citzenship , maybe then he will finally accepted by our country.i agree that we should do something about the drug trafficers but why take the law into our own hands.

If you did this you would be arrested. Kidnapping, false imprisonment, civil rights violation. If gun play is involved you're looking at reckless endangerment (minimum), assault w/ a deadly weapon, attempted murder and if someone dies-murder.
Not condoning ILLEGAL ALIENS or drug smugglers, just trying to keep you out of trouble. I am all for deporting ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS.
