In using Capsicum Oleoresin for medical use, what is the appropriate concentration?

Capsicum oleoresin used alone is unsatisfactory in pain relief of joints,bones and muscles. It is a "counter irritant" ie increases the pain threshold of the dermatome . This gives relief of joint pains. The concentration is variable . Some skins may get sore if it is used alone. Additive action is noticed if mixed with Oil of wintergreen and Eucayptus oil or Turpentine.
