Unfortunately there is no easy answer to this question because you can essentially lose weight doing any "diet" that is out there. Now, the problem is this: you're a college student and I assume you are tight on cash. The 30 day fast start program by isagenix costs $239.00 and God only knows how much it costs after that. With that in mind--you may only need the 30 days to lose the weight, but what do you think is going to happen to your body once you stop it?

You will rediscover alcohol, late night dominos and fried food. Your best bet is to do it naturally, and most cost effectively by cutting down on your calories, and increasing your exercise. If I can suggest any diet plan, it is weight watchers, because it is realistic and gives you a plethora of food choices. Take a look at their website and see if there is a location near your school. Remember, the weight that stays off is the weight that slowly comes off.... http://www.weightwatchers.com/index.aspx

Save your money & your body. If you cut the amount of carbs you eat you will lose some. If you stick to 2 meals a day with lower carbs you will lose some. If you work some cardio into there & don't give into the urge to snack you will lose some. If you cut regular pop out you will lose some. The chemical solutions are proving to be organ killers or highly addictive. Save your money for something you will look good in once you lose the weight again!!!

What is Isongenix? I would suggest putting in a few extra minutes doing physical activity, keeping a regular sleep schedule, eating more small meals rather than a few large meals, and eating a well balanced diet. Don't take any over the counter weight loss pills or supplements, they are nothing but a waste of money anyway.

TALK TO MOM &DAD FIRST
I was thinking about trying it myself
(Just watch what you eat and exercise

benefits of exercise are myriad. It makes you feel good about
yourself, burns excess body fat, grows and maintains muscle,
strengthens bones and joints, helps flexibility, deepens sleep, improves
appearance, creates a high, provides goals to achieve, lifts depression,
relieves stress, increases self esteem, reverses and prevents disease
and helps you feel alive and youthful... that is, if you do it right.

recipes

Ants on a log — Spread peanut butter on celery sticks and top with raisins.
Banana ice — Peel several very ripe bananas, break them into 1-inch pieces, and freeze the pieces in a sealed plastic bag. Just before serving, whirl the pieces in the blender with a small amount of water or juice. Serve right away. Add berries for a different flavor or top with fruit or nuts.
Mini pizzas — Spoon pizza sauce onto half a bagel, English muffin, or mini pita. Top with low-fat mozzarella cheese and your favorite veggies and toast or bake at a low setting until the cheese is melted and the bagel is crispy.
Healthy ice pops — Freeze fresh, unsweetened 100% juice in ice pop molds or ice cube trays.
Low-fat pita and hummus — Warm a pita in the oven on low, then cut it into small triangles. Dip it in a tasty, low-fat hummus. Hummus is available in yummy flavors like garlic and spicy red pepper.
Happy trails mix — Combine 1 cup whole-grain toasted oat cereal with 1/4 cup chopped walnuts and 1/4 cup dried cranberries for a healthy trail mix.
As with everything, moderation is the key to smart snacking. People who eat regular meals and healthy snacks are less likely to overeat and gain weight than people who skip meals or go for long periods without eating and then scarf down a large order of fries.

It's natural to feel hungrier at certain times — like between a long afternoon of classes and your swim meet. Knowing how much food your body needs to satisfy this hunger is critical. A handful of walnuts make great brain food before sitting down to do that math homework. But a whole bag won't help you add anything — except pounds

how old are you? if you're just a teen I suggest that you dont try pills and diets - they can mess around with your body.

You're probably best voicing your concerns to your doctor.

Try to lay off the junk food and drink lots of water.

Again, if you're young - it's just your body changing and it will work itself out. Try not to stress about it.
