yes usually taxi's, they like to cut people off in the middle of traffic and then promptly blame the other driver......i usually try another tactic rather than ring and report. I take their rego number while driving, and if and when i see them pulled up at a supermarket or train station i go and talk to them find out their name and ID details, then report them to their company for bad conduct, there is no way they can get around that.

No, unless they were doing something wrong. But know that you mentioned it I will look out for a driver with a number so I can call and say something postive as well.

It's about 50-50. There ARE companies that take it very seriously if they get complaints about their drivers. Others just laugh it off.

i did once when i got cut off by a truck,and i don't know if they actually did anything about it,but at least there was some one at the number they had up,good luck i hope this helps.
