You really need to include more information. Are you waiting for a visa to come to the U.S. If so you have to wait for a visa to become available. There are so many people from the Phillipines that want to come to the U.S. that they are working on petitions that were filed, in some cases, more than 20 years ago. If you are waiting for a visa you should check the Visa Bulletin to see what date is being worked on currently.
