I haven't met for a month as I broke my leg and was out of the soccor team we both played on.
I have her email now and I really really like her(she may not know that as she did not reply me when I sent out the team picture last time)
is that ok if I send her an email

It's OK to reply. Just keep it light. Try to ask her questions that require a more complicated answer. Then you can reply back with something like, "Why don't we discuss this over drinks or a pizza?" AND BE SURE TO ADD, "My treat."
If she's totally unite rested, she won't respond. But in the long run what have you go to lose.

As long as you tell her who you are and make SURE she knows you. Don't send any pictures or anything like that, I would just say hi for the first e-mail. I think it's perfectly fine though, it's hard to meet people and make moves as it is, do what you can and good luck.
