Diet is going to be 80% The most important thing. . You never want to stuff yourself but you also dont want to go hungry either. The more you feed your body the more fat you will burn because it is speeding up your metabolism.
Keep up the weight training and runnung on the treadmill. I would suggest after weight training go and do your abs untill failure (30 minutes). This would include lower, middle and upper abs, Including obliques. Run on the days you dont weight train. You can work out your abs 7 days a week. Definently do your research but I will tell you my diet and will provide a food list to choose.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, i cup steel cut oatmeal, couple slices of advacodo, cup of applesauce.
Mid-morning snack: Whey protein/ low fat yogurt/ protein Bar
Lunch: Tuna Wrap/ Tuna Sandwhich/ Turkey Sandwhich
Mid- afternoon snack: Protein Bar/ Low fat Yogurt/ whey Protein
Dinner: Baked Potatoe/ Brown rice, salmon, fish, chicken breat, salad and a vegtable.
No carbs past 8:00 p.m.
Drinks lots of water and green tea is really good as well.
shots of wheat grass are very healthy for you.

You need to add muscle mass. For every pound of muscle that you add, it will burn 3000 calories a day. Try SuperSlow exercise. Do squats where you go down for twice as long as you go up. The idea is to tire the muscles out. Then don't do squats the next day. The muscles will grow during the resting period. Switch to pushups and do those the same way. 1 day squats, 1 day pushups. You'll lose weight!

Right now you are at a Platuea, what you need to do, is increase your caloric intake for the first 2 weeks....but dont go overboard, allow your self to gain no more than 1-2 pounds....decrease the excersise for one week only, and by week 2, increase your workout and by week three resume back to your normal healthy eating habits along with your running....and you will trick your body into burning fat, inches, and weight...Only do this when ur body starts to reach that Platuea....
hope that helps....

the way to lose weight is not exercise alone it is alittle bit of diet and food cut down meaning watch the fat that each food contains and if you keep on exercising you will realise that the fat turns to muscle and you still have not lost weight so that is why so many weight loss programs are being invented without exercise so the best thing to do is exercise less and watch food intake
