There are many ways... of couse you shoud eat healthy like others say and excercise... its true what you hear even a mile a day helps out.. or like the other guy said sex helps too it realy is a great way to work out feels good too.... i personally took hydroxycut... it speeds up your metabolism some your body processes foods faster and you also feel more active (each pill equal to 2 cups of coffee)
if you go this rout youll have to eat smaller portions and more times a day this co-onsides with the whole metabolism thing....
you should go lower in carbs too and dont eat 3 hours before sleeping...if you must try a supplimental item such as slim fats or boost something along those lines reason why is if your not being active then it takes longer for your body to process the food and the fat just sits there... and of course people will say it doesnt work or its abd for you.... it does becuase of the ingrediants in the pill itself that causes changes in your chemical balance and its bad if you dont use it right.... since its worth two cups of coffee it not good to tak emore caffine like soda... besides thats another thing to cut off... drinks lotsa water too!!!!

Weight watchers!!! I'm on this diet and it's healthy too. Like you can eat whatever you want, but the food is based on points so like this morning I had a half of a bagel which is three points and light cream cheese which is one point. So you can go online weight watchers.com!!! I've been doing this diet for two weeks and already lost three pounds and I can see that my hips have shrunk and so did my boyfriend when he hugged me. I know three pounds isn't a lot but I'm going to do it until I lose 17 more pounds. I weigh 142 and I want to weigh 120 so I mean if you stay dedicated to it,no problem....
It's not that hard you eat whatever you want based on points and excercise is healthy as well!!! Good luck!

I wouldnt risk losing weight fast because it's not healthy and don't take extreme measures because you can cause bodily injury or illness. Simply do it through diet and exercise.

well, the fastest way would be to stop eating at all until you have your desired weight...just don't go without food more than two or three weeks
