Any disease that can be spread though the air or though any fluids can surely be caught though sex, because of inevitable close contact. I'm pretty sure they use antibiotics to trat most kind of tuberculosis, but if you ever contract it, do not hesitate to see a doctor.

Tuberculosis is easily spread. If you're having sex with someone who has tuberculosis, they're probably breathing very close to you, so yes, you can get it. Not from the actual sexual intercourse but tuberculosis is airborne and highly contagious. You need to get a TB test to be sure. So, if you're worried, go to the doctor.
Tuberculosis cannot be fought off by the body completely. The infected phagocytes in your body are (in a good situation) quarentined off by healthier phagocytes in your lungs, and stay there in "quarentine" for life. That's the best case scenario with TB. Tuberculosis actually thrives from the digestive enzymes in the phagocytes, which are cells which normally can fight off pathogens.
Hope I may have helped some.

You can not get TB through Sex. You need constant exposure to acquire TB. So unless you live with this person, wich in this case it does not matter whether you have sex or not. Its important to remember that you are breathing the same air.
Latent TB is non-infectious no matter what the conditions are. The only way it scan be treansmitted is if the person infected is actively coughing and expectorating sputum.
About the treatment, Yes it can be treated and cured completely but the chances of reccurence are still very high in endemic areas,.

TB is not spread through the act of sex. It could be by breathing the air of your sex partner, if they have it. It's cannot be cured, but becomes latent/dormant. I test very positive for TB, as my father lost a kidney to it when I was a child and was exposed to. I have never, thank God, had active TB, but was told to never have another TB test.

Dude you are breathing the air of the other person while having sex. Do you think you it can be spread now that you have read this? It is contagious. I was exposed to it working in the hospital.
