I'm not talking about your "opinion" or your "belief" or some nutcake pro life quote. I am talking about proof that is indisputable. You know something to counter what I have said in the past. Is there a spokesman that does not lie about the Bible? Is there a spokesman that can back up his proof with facts? If so number your facts and post them now. Please don't answer until you can answer why saving a fetus is better than saving 12 children. If you can't answer that then you will never reach first base. Just click my avatar----

The Bible says "thou shalt not kill" then it goes on to give hundreds of examples of killing. Not one of those examples even resembles a woman having a consentual abortion. And the Bible never says that abortion is evil. But it does call us to feed the hungry and save the starving children. And when you place the fetus above the starving child, you are killing the child to save the fetus. So it is the pro life movement that is murdering children.

Tribble:
The Bible does not say "save the aborted" it does say save the hungry and the poor. You are a fool if you think saving a fetus is more important than stopping 12 loved and wanted children from dying.

We are talking about a woman aborting a fetus. We are not talking about a "different" person doing something to a pregnant woman. Come on now--wake up.

So you think murdering 12 children is better than allowing an unwanted fetus to terminate. I believe that the soul of the fetus is reused. In fact I may have one of those souls. And I am offended by what you say.

Everything you say compounds your problem. Christ / God aborts fetuses and kills eggs every day. If what you claim to be true is a fact, then you are calling Christ a murderer.
Even if your intent is to say that Christ has the right to murder, does that give you the right to murder 12 innocent loved and wanted children to save one fetus. Christ calls us to save the hungry and poor, he does not call us to save the fetuses that he has granted permission to abort. And that is what you are doing. A Christian woman prays to God for permission to abort and he grants that permission. Then you come along and act the part of the devil and deny the permission. You are no better than an anti christ.

Rape violates a womans body. And the pro life movement violates a woman's body in the sense that a failure to act and allow abortion is as evil as the act of rape. They both take control of a womans body away from the woman.

OK, your a nutcake. God says what you say then he aborts the fetuses and eggs of half the women that he is speaking of. So I believe your quote supports the pro choice view and not the pro life insanity.

I am simply asking the pro life movement to use the same zeal to save living children as they do to save a fetus. I believe that if they did, they could save far more than the 12 to 1 ratio that I use. I use a very low number, actually the number of starving children that could be saved would be on the order of 100 to 1 with God's help. The problems is that these sinners are setting up a false god called the "fetus". And their efforts to save the fetus are far more expensive than I have outlined.

You need to think. You did not prove that a fetus is a baby. You obviouslly did not read my postings and tried to bluff your way. The Bible is clear that a fetus is not a baby. For example with all the Talk in the Bible about the Baby Jesus, he was not a baby until he was born. No one prayed to him, no special plan was laid out to protect him and Mary had the option to abort Him. She had a choice and made the choice to Give Birth. That is when the fetus became Christ. And the irony of the whole thing is that Christ's father, rather than allow Christ infinite life chose to abort his stay on Earth. And that was important.
And I am for saving Babies and Children, I am just like Christ though. If it is better for the world that a fetus not be born, then so be it. The rest of your rubbish is not worth discussing. The next time you say you have read my writings be more truthful. I hate to see you being a murderer and a liar at the same time.

baremus: Sorry I wasn't clear. I am not pro life because God is not pro life. God is pro love. God has created billions of people and he will destroy billions of people. To put life on a plane greater than God does is foolish. I will not work. God or mother nature or fate or whatever allows people to die and be replaced with other people. There is no proof that this is bad, it is simply fact. I want to live and I want all mankind to live until their purpose is shown to them and there life ends. Then I want them to be replaced by other souls that are not "pro life" but living, breathing and loving people. To want other than that is a waste. Because that is what is going to happen no matter what we believe.

Let me say that I respect you for your attempts to help others. You are a dedicated man that has a pure heart. But you are wrong, I am not ugly.
Other than that, I still respect what you do. But natural law says that there is no such thing as Pro Life. Natural law recognizes in my mind that all people die and that many of the most important people sacrifice themselves for others. You do! And the military does! And I do! Our sacrifices are trivial to those that our loving God, or maker or nature does for us. He allows us to live for only a short period of time, then he lets us pass. Christians believe that we then have eternal life under certian rules. But no where in the Bible or in Man's writings is there PROOF that there is any "Right to Life of a Fetus". In fact God himself uses abortion for his purposes. And we do not know why God chooses to end the lives of more than 50% of his creation of eggs and fetuses, yet he does. --more to follow---

The Bible is clear about one thing. We are to help the poor. But no were in the Bible does it say that we are to "save the fetus" or that we are murderers if we allow a fetus to pass. Mary had the option of aborting Jesus, yet she chose to allow him to live. There is no discussion about an evil plan to abort that was ended or other such foolishness that could have led to a discussion about abortion. That is because it is a non - issue in the Bible. You can say otherwise, but you would be wrong.
God says that there will always be the poor to feed and He commands us to feed them. He does not command us to save the aborted, because he aborts fetuses himself. To think abortion is murder is to think God is a murderer. When a woman asks for permission to abort and God grants it is it the place of the church to deny what God has commanded. I think not. And regarding saving children of the poor, there will never be enough money. It says so in the Bible. So it is not an either or choice.

How many children are YOU saving with a monthly contribution to an organization that helps third world children? Why don't you ask a question here like "How many adopted people wish that they had been aborted insead". In cases of rape and incest, the fetus in better off terminated than brought to full term. A Mother who will likely die in childbirth would understandably consider abortion. We are talking about giving women a choice and hoping that the healthy ones will consider adoption for their babies. You have said repeatedly that aborting one saves 12. There is no direct correlation to this. The children in the third world country have no real life unless someone here sends money to help. Why don't you spend your time and passion advocating we help them, thus actually "save" them as you say. Better yet, you go over there and offer them abortions. (take a licensed Doctor with you)

Your argument about caring for fetuses would work if you could prove to me that the money that would have been spent on the fetus in question would have been donated to feed and care for poor children.
For the record, saving a fetus isn't better than saving 12 children. If I had the choice, I would choose saving 12 children, even if it was my own child. BUT given what I said above, this is not the trade-off one faces when considering whether or not to abort.

Murder is murder, there is no excuse. What defines life anyway, a beating heart, the ability to breath? In that case...
1.) The heart of a fetus begins beating at 18 days old, only about 4 days after a women's missed period.
2.) Brain waves of a fetus have been recorded as early as 40 days old (a little over a month into the pregnancy)
3.) Organs begin to form 1 month after fertilization
4.) Thumbsucking has been photographed at 7 weeks after fertilization
5.) By 8 weeks, all body systems are present
6.) By 11 to 12 weeks breathing begins
7.) Fingerprints are completely established by in 4th month
8.) REM (dreaming) has been recorded 17 weeks after conception

You claim to appreciate natural law, yet natural law makes no provision at all for abortion.
You set up a ridiculous either/or situation regarding "saving" the born OR the unborn, when both should obviously be preserved. Money is not the reason we have starving people in the world. Geo-political strife is.
You neglect to realize the fact that every "fetus" ever born is born a human being, and there has never, ever been any justification for taking innocent human life, either in natural law, or any other.
You are either morally bankrupt and completely beyond hope, or you are a charlatin, and simply enjoy taunting good people.
You're ugly, too!

Gods written word is indisputable to me. As for you what do you consider to be absolute truth? What one considers to be truth or proof is subject to opinion. So call me nut cake if that makes you feel better. In Gods word, The Holy Bible God says to the prophet Jeremiah "before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart" This means that at conception a person (fetus) is known by God. That person has as much right to life as anyone. To abort a child is to commit murder. If you are advocating stem cell research do you have proof that any child's life has been saved by any stem cell research other than adult stem cell research? Whatever the case murder is wrong even if it is to save the life of someone else.

As a former fetus, I am definitely against abortion.
So, why weren't you aborted? I wonder how many starving children could be saved with the groceries you pack away every day.....
Tell you what, it isn't too late. Make a will leaving everything you own to those starving kids, then kill yourself...aren't their lives more important than yours?
No?
Well, then, at least have yourself castrated. That way, there is no chance that any child of yours will be a problem for any starving kids...

There are many stages of life.
fetus
infant
toddler
child
teenager
adult
Start to finish, each is a stage of life. Why do we choose the first stage over all the others? Perhaps we should stop spending so much money to save the terminally ill with all that medicine and spend the money on those who have the possibility of living longer. God chooses to take those people as well as spontanous abortions.
-I'm sorry I don't understand your answer to my statement....
