Punch me in the face. I am 5'7, 126, and 14% bodyfat. You are not fat, you have to face the fact that you may have a problem with how you look at yourself.

Your mother basically called you fat? How can she basically do that. Either she did or she didn't. Maybe you heard what you wanted to hear.

Crash dieting is dumb. It will slow your metabolism down so that when you go back to eating the stuff you were eating before, you will gain more weight and fast. You need to nourish yourself thin, exercise (cardio, and weights) and drink plenty of water. You can save yourself 5lbs. just by cutting soda.

Find out what your body fat percentage is and try to have that at a desirable level, that is better than staring at that scale.

ok first of all it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, an individual has to be satisfied with themselves, if they aren't then they need to make an effort to change it. Crash dieting will not help you, it will only hurt your health. I do have to say that at 5'7 and 121 pounds you are in the "normal" weight range. However I was 5'10 and 150 which is also a "normal" weight range, but felt horrible because I had always been around 125. Ok that being said...drink lots of water, eat high protein, colorful meals, not snacking (or snacking on jello, soy nuts, etc.) is also key. You can check out the site below if you want, the products helped me lose 35 pounds in a little over a month. Hope I helped!

You mom is obviously not very sensitive calling you fat. I remember my mom pulled a stunt like that and I was pretty upset about it. Especially when you're young like that, small comments really get to you. You're really not overweight. SERIOUSLY. Go on the web and find what your weight is supposed to be for your height and age. From my experience, crash dieting really doesn't help. It just makes me feel tired a lot because I'm not getting the right nutrients. Don't waste your time on people who put your down (I know it sounds kind of motherly and ****, but it's coming from personal experience, I'm a better chick because of it).

girl you are silly!! obvisouly you have a weight concern that is probably mostly in your mind. Let me tell you this before i go on. My friend has ulcer's now from sticking her finger down her throat a few years back. she now can't enjoy what she likes because of the irritation she gets from coke, coffee, drinking, and eating yummy foods, and hot sauce. All you have to do to shed some pounds and keep them off is eat more fruits less junk, keep your portions at a normal serving and atleast walk or jog daily or every other day. If you go about it the way you have been for a while then you can forget about ever getting where you want to be and staying there. KAY!!!

You do not need to lose weight. You're actually under your ideal weight...for someone who is 5'7-8, they should be around 135-140 lbs. Crash dieting is only going to make you gain the weight back and more. There are healthier ways to go about it like changing your lifestyle by eating healthier and exercising.

Personally, I think you do not need to lose weight and this is one of the times when you should not listen to what your mother says. I think you should seek treatment because it sounds like you have an eating disorder...trust me.

how long do you think you are gona do this??? because when you start eating like a normal person all the weight you lost will come back and bring some company, too, especially after crash dieting.
when it comes to your mom - she probably has body issues and doesnt even realize that she is passing it on to you. confront her.

i'm gonna element with crash weight loss application. you could drop pounds, it incredibly is for beneficial. quantity one, you're gonna prefer extremely style, you could usually be uninterested in this weight loss application after a week. The breakfast is quite nicely. you will possibly selection it up by having oat bran (i like mine with apple parts and only a sprint of brown sugar and sugar) or a intense fiber/low sugar cereal. you would be waiting to prefer better for lunch. may be a soup or gentle sandwich/wrap (do no longer pass overboard with the wrap) in addition to to what's there. Dinner is o.k.. you do no longer prefer to place too much crap into your salads like eating places are commencing to do, although do no longer make it too skimpy. only a sprint finished wheat or finished grain bread (i'm no longer able to undergo in concepts the greater advantageous one) or extremely rice may be ok in my view once you needed. As for some ingredients I recommend you incorporate: nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts, peanuts are my favorites), warm/tremendously spiced sauces or seasonings, and a glass of milk consistent with day EDIT with regard to the 8 miles of strolling consistent with day; i don't comprehend what strolling journey think approximately, if any. I do and have confidence me, you could no longer in basic terms strolling 8 miles an afternoon on a similar time as laying off your calorie intake to approximately what you need to use on the run on my own. Ease into the working, 2-3 miles an afternoon AT maximum for a week or 2 on a similar time as alternating user-friendly and hard days. Then pass it as much as 3-5 for the subsequent 2 weeks while you're feeling staggering. optimistically you're determining it, you're gonna would desire to construct up. With what you prefer to would desire to do you would be waiting to put in fifty six miles a week on your first week with I totally carry on the factor of be no working base and eating little or no. you could have confidence drained as **** and have a functional shot a being injured, normally throwing your interest hopes out the door for slightly on a similar time as. I only ran a pretty speedy 9 miler at cutting-edge. i attempt to eat healthy, and am extremely effective, have a six p.c., can do a marvelous type of chinups/pullups - I unquestionably did no longer wanna make this sound cocky although i'm in staggering shape. My factor is that i could no longer assume eating in basic terms that for 2 months, and that i'm no longer even averaging 8 miles consistent with day yet (getting as much because it, nevertheless). Please think again this plan - good good fortune and be smart
