lately i have been cooking in these thin stakes that are a pain in the but too cook. if i cook it to where its just right, the excess heat will push it beyone what i want. if i stop it befor its just right, it ends up with a spot in the center of the stake that whals hot, if 100% raw.

get a new grill.. don't go eating foods that aren't prepared correctly...

any risk is still a risk... just finish cooking the steak on the stove or in the oven.

It is ok to eat raw steak. BUT it must be extremely fresh. I wouldn't be eating it if you have previously frozen it.
