God “desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:4), that is, of Jesus Christ. For this reason, Christ must be proclaimed to all according to his own command, “Go forth and teach all nations” (Matthew 28:19). And this is brought about by Apostolic Tradition.

You mean today?
"the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints" Col. 1:28
So try and answer the question: "who are His saints." Then it is a matter of knowing what that divine revelation is (verse 27).
Being 'revealed' it cannot be simply learnt or taught - a catch-22 for many.
Beware of men who say that the divine revelation is transmitted thru them. It is a sure sign of of a bad sign as warned in Matt 24:5.

Go back to my post on your last question...
It is the same and it is given in John 16:13-15
The Holy Spirit imparts truth from the Father...
So it is very imporant to have the indwelling Holy Spirit so we can receive divine revelation...as Jesus intended in John 16.
