My cat started eating my spider plant...is it safe for cats?

It's not hugely poisonous but move it up on a hanger- it's not good either.
The worse offenders are pointsettias and diffenbachias. Very bad.
Get some cat grass and grow it for him!

No it is on the poisonous plant list for cats. It will eventually cause kidney failure and liver failure if eaten. take the plant away from their reach. go to discovery.com and then to animal planet and look up poisonous plants for cats and you can get a complete list.

It is on the nontoxic list--therefore safe. But he will just throw up a hairball with it.

i dont think its good, but it wont kill them..i wouldnt let ur cat keep eating it though
