i dunno about this scam before i receive saying that i winning this bla bla bla, and now i follow all the instruction but i done a big mistake which is i gave my valid identification to my country, what should i do? i was afraid if my id will be use for such a bad cause, im from malaysia, swiss lotto saying there are from switzerland what should i do then

You really have no way of knowing where these scammers are based or how they will use your information. Many of these scams are designed for a specific country like America. They make have little use for personal information from your country.

As a precaution you might want to get some identity theft insurance or protection.

Contact the appropriate government office and explain it to them. Get warnings put on your credit. Your ID will be used in some bad way. They will either use the information to get credit cards using your identity and/or use your identity to commit some illegal activity.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that this scam is a Nigerian one (from other posts on it in the past). It's not particularly helpful, you won't catch them. The best thing you can do is alert your government and credit agencies that your identity isn't safe.
