Look, Satanism isn't about 'devil worship', worshipping the Devil, sacrificing animals, burning down Churches. Anyone who does that is crazy and has a few bones to pick.
Satanism is just not about shock value. Sure, you can go to people and say, I'm a Satanist, and they're like 'whoa!' but it's not what it's made out to be. It's dark, twisted and angry, yes; but true Satanists never put their values on someone else.
When it comes to sin, it's about embracing the things that are natural, and how it gives us power. It's not about destroying towns and putting them to the torch. It's not about hate speech, nazism, communism, whatever you think. It's about pride, confidence, the self, TRUE revelations. It's about psychology, psychiatry, and acceptance to those - who deserve it. The Church of Satan simply does not tolerate offenders. All members are expected to be law abiding, helpful, and communicative. We're not hateful, overely serious people. It's about exploration and having fun.
No, it's not just a walk-in church where everyone can come in to pray to a God that does not exist. It accepts, at a threshold; don't be stupid. Just be yourself. And remember: it's real. Don't forget that.
edit: Haha, Satanists are people, just like you & me! There IS the dogma, but it's about what you embrace. Catholics aren't always into sexual abuse, but they do indulge in it time to time. Whatever! It's up to you.

I was watching a show where it showed inmates doing life. One of them was a child molester and guess what? He was a Catholic priest!
I'm serious.
