She is only eleven, she is talking about sex with them, and she does not even know them. She sucks, and that is why we are not friends anymore. Well anyways their is one man that she talks to mainly. His name is James, he is very disgusting and pedophilic he knows she’s eleven and he’s 21 and he talks about getting her pregnant and “fingering” it if it’s a baby girl. They are just very nasty. When she calls him, he asks her if she is wearing a thong, she responds, “why do I always have to wear a thong?” In addition, I am like they do this all the time those repulsive freaks. The point is the man is talking to an 11 yr old asking her if she is a virgin and ****. That is just gross. He asks her to go on cam and masturbate herself. She does. He also asks her if she gets horny and stuff and he gets mad when I call him a pedophile over the phone. I hate that pedophilic predator. The good thing is she has never met him bcz he lives in Hines Ville Georgia and we live in well somewhere that is not Georgia. She probably will meet him soon bcz she is so stupid sometimes. He knows her phone number, and what state and city she lives in, he can just background check her # and there you go he would be at her house in a New York minute. In addition, who knows what will happen then. We need to get people like this off the street and behind bars. Please help me in proceeding in my attempt to throw him behind bars bcz who knows one day someone like that could be talking to your child. Her parents just do not care so they do not monitor her at all. So please help me. I need to know how to report this I have evidence and everything. I recorded their conversations and saved their IM chats. This is serious he said he was going to “visit” her. I do not know if he is serious or not. Well please tell me how to report this type of activity and have him doing time and not innocent little girls. This is serious.

I'm not an expert on any of this, but I really think telling your parents or other trusted adult would be a good idea. Also, contact your local police department. Either call them or go there yourself and say that you would like to report a crime- if you do that, bring the evidence just in case. I'm not sure if they can arrest the guy or not, given that he's out of state, but they would probably best know the next step to take.
