No one. The Bible says "He without sin, cast the first stone." There is no one living today without sin.

Well, it is supposed to be "He who is without sin, cast the first stone." What is meant by this is that no one will get to cast the first stone because no one is without sin. In Mexico though, we have a little joke (this is very acceptable, and not meant to offend in any way whatsoever... I don't know why anyone would be offended, but I had to make sure). The Virgin Mary is described as being pure and "free of sin." So when this story is told, someone may say, "and then the Virgin Mary said, 'Step aside, I want to get a good shot!'"
hahaha, obviously this is funny because it is ridiculous.
Anyways, I hope I helped :)

I will not cast the first stone, but if a stone is casted at me, then the one who cast the stone better be prepared, because I'm coming for you.

Not me. Besides the safest place for anyone if I threw a stone would be directly in front of me.
