I would hope that God did not create man in his image,if he did then he is a very imperfect creature indeed. And one would hope God is nothing like mankind,if he is then I can't imagine Heaven will be a very pleasant place either.

I believe that "God" is too big and vast for a puny human mind to truly comprehend. That if you could view the whole shebang in it's entirety, you would be so thoroughly overwhelmed by it that you would disintergrate. That "God" is *so* big, and *so* vast, that "God" doesn't even know what "God" is, and seeks to find the answer to that question through us, as extensions of it's energy in the cosmos. That because of this vastness, a puny human mind needs to personalize it, bring it down to a personal level in order to digest a very small portion of what we are actually allowed to see, and unfortunately endows those personifications with traits that are all too human. That when a puny human mind no longer needs such images and ideas in order to deal with it, then that mind is ready to go back to the Wholeness again.

yes God created man in his own image, but after adams fall from grace he had a son in his fallen and sinfull image, read it for yourself!

i can tell by your question that you are mocking islam, judaism, and most importantly Christianity. but i can assure you that in Genisis 1:26 it says that God created man in his own likeness or image.
