Good question. No man is the same on when or if he wants to settle down. It has a lot to do with maturity and also with finances. Men also don't like to be backed into a corner. If they are...they run.
When "they" feel its time - they settle down. However, "they"set their own time frame.

Depends on the guy totally,, but i would say 27-30s. some guys start thinking of it at 29 or 30..
