5% for the initial try, 64.1514078% for the 20 tries.

1. 5/100=0.05=5%
2. 1-(0.95^20)=0.641514078= 64.1514078%

chances are 50/50 either you will or you won't.

seriously though, if there are 5 black 95 red, the chances are 5%. If you put the marble back each time, it stays the same.

5% chance 5 times out of 100 you will choose black so if you try 20 times then you will probably get it 1 time you multiply 20 by .05 and get 1!!!!!!!!!!

5%, OUT OF EVERY 20 MARBLES THERE IS ONE BLACK MARBLE. ON AVERAGE ONE ATTEMPT OUT OF EVERY 20 WOULD YIELD A BLACK MARBLE.

GOD BLESS
