i am 15 and weigh 112lbs. i think i am fat. how can i lose weight? (10lbs+)

lol.. you are not fat at all, but it's alwasy good too exercise to have a good body. swiming is also great. But you dont have to worry.. i say ur perfect! ;) good luck!

sweety u r too young to be thinking about that because the truth is since u r so young u r gonna gain it right back!! u r not fat and whoever got u thinkin 112lbs is big is sick nicole richie and all those skinny celebs have a disease called anorexia nervosa u dont want that because i rest assure u will b dead in 15 years! your hair and teeth will fall out and your skin and the whites of ur eyes as well as your teeth wil be dull! love the skin your in and own it! if someone is making u believe u r fat or if its u thinking that way u need to go to the library and get some books on self-esteem and self-confidence! i wish u the best sweety and know that beauty starts on the inside!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas

You can loose weight by working out and eating healthy. I'd sugest swimming and/or running walking and working out on various equipment. Swimming is probably one of the the best ways to loose weight. Also I would sugest that you really be careful what you eat. Try to get lots of fruits and vegtables in your diet and stay away from the unhealthy stuff. Good luck

You're not fat.
If you think you need to drop a few pounds, that can easily be done. Eat healthy, drink up on water and get active!

But, you should be happy with the way you are!☺

if you weight 112 and your like 4 feet then yes, yr fat
but if yr 112 and yr like 6 feet, then no, yr not fat. Can you provide your height?

you can lose weight by doing cardio excersise.jump rope,jogging,running,etc..also eat healthy.
