They are from opposite sides of the globe.
Do you really buy this story?

That's an interesting question|

For you are right, it would present somewhat of a problem|

Probably the flood, when it happened, washed the both of them from their respective places on the globe to where Noah was|

Although most of the animals entered the ark *before* the rain happened, it is possible that some entered as the flood was actually in progress|

I would speculate that a special system of doors was built into the ark for that purpose|

Noah did what God told him to do. It was God that brought the animals to Noah and the ark. If God created the heavens and the earth why does it seem hard to believe that He brought the animals to Noah? He made it rain and the waters from under the earth broke open and between the both it caused the flood. It also said that before then it didn't rain on the earth but a mist came down on the earth to feed the plants and keep the bodies of waters replenished. That's why the people of Noah's day thaught it strange to see a man build a large boat\ark on dry land.

Noah only got the animals from his area (dead sea) on the ark. The reason for this is because at the time there was a great swelling of the red sea and a natural dam suddenly broke. This breakage cause the "great flood" of the bible. Of course it is completely impossible to put every single animal onto a single boat. So really, there were not nearly as many species on the ark because it was only the species that were in that area where the flood happened.

At the time of Noah, the continents were all one land mass. According to scriptures, the continents did not divide and drift apart until 5 generations after Noah. So, the penguins and polar bears were easy for God to lead to Noah.

The theory that I have created for this is long and complicated. But in the end it results in the penguins, bears and all other animals on the ark.

Did you know that God was in the ark? It says come into the ark, why would God say come if He wasn't in there? Doesn't that rock man?

Actually I do accept this fact.

Some scientists believe that all the Continents were at one time connected, then later separated and spread apart. (Maybe the flood did that.) That's where the theory of Atlantis comes from. They were wondering why, when you put the Continents back together, there would be a hole in the middle.

If they can get polar bears on a tropical Island on "Lost" then why not...? ;o]

But I'm serious about the Continents, though!

He sprinkled Snow on the ramp.

Yeah, but i do beleive this story, God can Do anything, including the teleportation of Penguins, after all he did it later on with the prophet Elija, and Jesus, as he transported to heaven in physical form.

I could go a few Snow Cones right about now...

Both polar bears and penguins can swim. They didn't have to be on the ark.

He sent his half-cousin Balooto down there to get them, is my understanding.

Don't a minor detail like that jeaopardize your faith.

Unfortunately, Balooto died in the flood, but 14 penguins were saved. As for the polar bears, they swam on floated on debris. Isn't god great!

Plain BS story.

Just recently, a female reptile bore young without a male.. And recently discovered chicken eggs fertile without a rooster.

So there's another bible story down the drain. along with the 5000 year old earth.
