No single food will help you gain weight. It's a matter of how many calories you consume. Fat has the most calories, so if you want to drink milk choose whole. Chocolate milk means extra calories because it contains sugar. Eat a lot of nuts, they have a lot of calories and healthy kind of fat. Avocado, olive oil, olives, are good choices too. You should be eating healthy diet with a variety of foods: grains, meat, fish, nuts, fruit and vegetables. So don't forget about proper nutrition when you try to gain weight. Look up websites or books on healthy eating habits.

Haven't you heard the expression "Milk your diet?" The dairy association is claiming that milk helps you lose weight. Well, if you want to gain weight, just drink whole milk or half & half with a couple of scoops of ice cream in it, oh yeah, add about a fourth a cup of chocolate syrup, since you like chocolate.

Sure.. Drink whole milk with chocolate milk syrup or powder. Usually the chocolate milk that you can buy is only 2% tops. I would maybe buy a protein powder. One of my friends boyfriends drinks the slim-fast shakes, but not the optima ones, the regular or store brand ones. He drank one with every meal because he had the same problem with a super fast metabolism. It's seems to have worked for him. :)

Yes.....how about a delicious banana split milk shake---put two scoops of ice cream, a squirt of chocolate sauce, a cup of milk and a banana in the blender---deeeee lish ussss!

I'd say if you're drinking whole milk (more milkfat = more weight gain), you could see gain after 3-4 glasses a day.

My mom is a nurse and she said that milk really doesn't have too much of an effect on weight gain besides slowing it. If you drink a LOT of high fat or whole milk, you may gain a few pounds though. Try slowly adding carbs to your diet.

half a quart a day shouldn't hurt. add chocolate is best in my opinion. If that goes down OK a little more won't hurt. Milk is a great weight gainer.
