Simple answer.
Eat a good variety raw fruits and vegetables. Eat grains of all kinds.
Avoid any food that comes out of a box or bag or can or any other kind of package. Don't eat at fast food joints.

The most effective way to lose fat is to have six SMALL but well balanced meals to keep up your metabolism while minimizing empty calories. Your carb sources should be high in fiber (oatmeal, sweet potato, brown rice) and your protein sources should be lean. Avoid greasy foods and make sure that your sources of fats (small amounts) come from sources that are high in essential fatty acids (walnuts, flax, salmon).
In addition to a healthy diet, exercise also important to getting leaner. A weight training program will increase your lean mass and allow you to burn extra calories 24 hours per day. Cardio is also good especially if you do interval training.
Also, when you measure your progress, a measuring tape gives you more accurate info than a bathroom scale.

Eat healthy foods. Stay away from fast foods, junk foods, candies, sweets and sodas. Never skip meals!
Drink water, water, and more water! Water really is important while losing weight!
And, get active! Join a gym, go walking, run up and down steps, go swimming, join in on sports---anything! Just get moving!!
Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week!

eat more of little snacks that are only 100 calories every couple hours but have a great low fat breakfast...and if u go running everyday and excersize it should come right off
