I would recomend swimming. I have been swimming for a long time now and I will say that it does keep fat off of my stomach. Doing a work out each week will get rid of the fat and keep it off. Other sugestions would be running, walking and working out at a gym. I hope this helps and good luck.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

You can reduce belly fat by doing exercises like walking, swimming and rowing. Such activities help in supplying enough oxygen to the body to burn fat. The healthiest way to prevent a fat stomach is by ensuring that your weight is normal for your height. Ensure that the energy provided by the food you eat matches the energy you burn performing your daily activities. More info at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachfat.html

The only way to lose fat is by eating less, exercise strengthens muscles but the muscles are under the fat layer. You can't turn fat into muscle (darn it!) Belly fat is the last to go when dieting. Good luck!

A slow exercise for not too much exertion is swinging your upper body back and forth (the way you would if you needed to crack your back) while sitting in a chair. Crunches help and side bends help. I would also recommend running or other whole-body exercises as well.

Don't just stay there! Do squats while brushing your teeth, calf raises although standing in line, or lunges while chatting for the phone.
