Can you tell me the name and who sings this japanese song??

Well I got a MP4 off of ebay, and it has a music video on it, and I like the song its just that since the MP4 player is from Japan the song is in Japanese!!!

So heres a little bit of english words in the song!
"Oh Baby"
"Hey boy, hey girl!"
"Lets dance"

It shows a name but not all of it, it is:

Summer Dan( its cut off after the N in dan )


Ok the song kind of goes like:
"Oh baby ohhhh ohhhh ohhohhhh"

after like 2 minutes of play it goes:
"Hey Boy, Hey Girl. Hey Boy, Hey Girl.. Lets Dance"

i feel real bad for you, i know what it's like to be able to describe a song but not find it. don't give up hope though it took me two years before i found "tom's diner" was the song i'd heard as a kid. you actually have the video though so you have it better than most people, maybe try an anime convention or go to meetup.com and ask a japanese cultural group or even better find an english language japanese forum. anyways maybe this will help http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_J-pop_artists .

EDIT on second thought find a japanese speaker in your area who can either write the lyrics down verbatim, or translate them to english. then you can search for it online alot easier.

Her name is Lee Jung Hyun and she's Korean,not Japanese.The name of the song is Summer Dance.I have the MV of the song,if you want it just contact me:)
