I'd like to know what are some exercises I could do to tone my body instead of adding bulk.

The current exercises I do is Awesome Legs for 5 minutes a day by T-Tapp, lunges, squats, plies and the "butterfly" sequence. I mainly want to tone my calves, inner thighs, outer thighs and butt.

I am large framed, so I'm not slim and I'd like to lose inches by doing some exercises and not adding bulk.

I'm also going to start doing Callanetics every other day once my video comes in the mail, as well as Taebo on the days I'm not doing Callanetics.

I need some exercises I can do in my home, instead of going to the gym.

the diet and caloric intake determines how big or small a muscle becomes, not how much weight is used when exercising.

Do biceps curls, using a barbell or a dumbell in each and each hand. administration the strikes (do no longer jerk or swing the load) and do approximately 12 - 15 reps consistent with set. deliver the load each and each of ways as much as the shoulder, and while reducing, permit it pass each and each of ways down so as which you get an entire selection of action stretch. Do 2 gadgets thrice a week, after which you will develop to 3 gadgets after a pair of weeks, in case you so %. you will no longer build cumbersome muscle tissues.

It sounds like you are on the right track. Try smaller weights and higher reps. That's pretty much all I can add.

im not a health expert AT ALL
but i do like to stay in good shape
i find that when you do shorter more intese exercising its tones and "streamlines" your muscles better than a long intense workout.
Sprints, weight lifting etc.
Dance classes work really well too becuase you are stretching and "lengthen ing" your muscles
